Seth Godnick is currently an Associate with Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York City office. He works directly with the firm’s Vice Chairman, Rob Martin, as a member of one of the New York Market’s most active brokerage teams. In his role, Seth represents tenants in a variety of industries, advising them in the planning and execution of their real estate strategy. Seth’s in-depth market knowledge, combined with the broad range of resources at JLL, allows for a unique and creative approach to identifying results-driven occupancy solutions; including relocation strategies, expansions, consolidations, lease renewals, occupancy cost reductions, and lease negotiations. He plays an integral role in developing new business and enhancing JLL’s market outreach, while adding significant value to client assignments. Seth Godnick has been active in the NYC Real Estate industry for the past 5 years, previously as an Associate Director with Adams & Company. Seth graduated from the University at Buffalo with a degree in Political Science. His a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.
