Seth began working in construction and real estate during high school on his father’s projects. In 2003, he consolidated his family’s hospitality interests into Oliver Companies, Inc., growing the portfolio from seven hotels generating $8.5 million in annual revenue to sixteen hotels exceeding $30 million within five years.
In 2007, Seth launched Kaizen Companies as a construction division within Oliver Companies. By 2017, Kaizen’s revenue surpassed Oliver Companies, and Seth spun it off as an independent company. He is also the lead investor in VIP FF&E, a Chicago-based interior design and procurement firm that acquired Boston Trade Interior Solutions.
Seth built a team of more than 2,000 employees and expanded Oliver Companies’ portfolio while improving operations. In 2017, Hilton invited him to join its Owner Advisory Board. Seth holds a Business Administration degree from The College of St. Scholastica.
