Seth is responsible for deal origination, underwriting, due diligence, entitlement efforts, and the design programming of communities. Prior to joining Long Key, Peterson was the Executive Director of Development at a Southeast-based real estate investment firm, with direct responsibility for sourcing and developing over +5,000 units with +$1.0 billion in total asset value
Seth earned a bachelor's from the University of South Carolina in 2007, followed by a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from Clemson University in 2014. Peterson is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC). Seth is also an active Board member on Clemson University’s ABRED Board.
Seth is active in the community and enjoys spending quality time with family.
