Seth Polen is a Los Angeles-based real estate broker with over 30 years of experience, specializing in representing property owners and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions. Seth focuses on navigating complex sales, repositioning assets, and guiding owners toward decisions that deliver long-term value beyond closing.
What sets Seth Polen apart is decades of experience on both sides of the table. In addition to brokerage, Seth is a long-term property owner who has successfully repositioned single-purpose industrial assets into thriving multi-tenant properties—a perspective that informs a strategic approach to risk, timing, and value for clients.
The brokerage practice spans transactional sales, leasing, and asset transformation, supported by deep local market knowledge and active community involvement. Seth serves as President of the Historic Lincoln Heights Industrial BID, leading initiatives that promote stability, safety, and long-term viability for the district.
Before entering real estate, Seth was a Division I track athlete and earned a degree in Urban Planning. This foundation of discipline and design thinking continues to shape a measured, curious, and forward-thinking approach to every project.
Outside of work, Seth enjoys trail running, freediving off the Laguna coast, and discovering the best espresso spots in Los Angeles.
