Seve Woods is a commercial real estate advisor with Camacho Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., specializing in office, medical, retail, and industrial assets across Los Angeles. Since 2016, he has completed more than 215 transactions totaling over 500,000 square feet across sales and leasing.
Seve is known for strategy-driven advisory and complex lease and sale negotiations, aligning real estate decisions with his clients’ business and operational goals. His experience spans both sides of commercial real estate transactions, structuring and executing sales and leasing assignments with particular strength in medical and specialized-use assets where technical knowledge and precision matter.
Seve earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis. He was a student-athlete, ultimately serving as President of the 2015 USA Rugby Division 1AA National Championship Aggie team. The leadership, discipline, and team-first mentality developed through athletics continue to shape his professional approach.
Outside of real estate, Seve feels most at home in the ocean — surfing, spearfishing, or simply spending time on the water.
