Shane Benner is a First Vice President with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services in the Fort Worth office and specializes in investment sales brokerage of industrial, flex, office, and retail.
He began his real estate career as a principal-side analyst, playing an active role in the acquisition, underwriting and due diligence processes. After spending two years as CFO of a consulting firm he co-founded, Mr. Benner moved into brokerage to help owners of income-producing property access equity and provide investors with opportunities to obtain cash flow and capital appreciation.
An active community leader, Mr. Benner has served as Junior Advisor to the Board of Governors of the Fort Worth Club and President of the Panther Club, an organization of young professionals which raises funds for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Fort Worth.
