Shane is a local, full time realtor providing solutions to your real estate needs! Shane is a native to the area and currently resides in the Friendswood. Shane loves to help first time home sellers/buyers while providing them with everything they need and more. From pictures, videos, and window cleaning to caring for your lawn, Shane tries to make the transition from selling/buying a house as effortless as possible. Shane does all the preparation that is needed, and he provides diligent research to know what is best for you or your home.
Shane made the decision to become a realtor when he and his wife were trying to start a family. After years of trying, they found out that they would need medical assistance, and their only option was IVF. At the time, Shane was a full-time college student, and he was working full time as well. Shane believed that by obtaining his real estate license and starting his real estate career, they would be in a better position to start a family and cover medical expenses. First, Shane quit his job and focused on getting his real estate license and his degree. After finishing both, he and his wife were able to save enough money to do the procedure and start a family. Shane and his wife are now blessed with one daughter and two boys!
When Shane is not helping friends and family look at houses, he is exploring the area with his wife and three children. As a family, they enjoy attending local sporting events and experimenting with all the restaurants around town. Shane’s family participates in their community and local church. For example, he learned to read, write, and speak Spanish while serving a two-year mission in Colombia with his church. Shane is dedicated to his religion, family, and community.
