Shane Decker is the Founder & CEO of Decker Capital, one of the Nation's most active private equity platforms focused on the small-bay industrial real estate sector. He leads a vertically integrated investment and institutional asset management platform specializing in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of multi-tenant light industrial parks across the United States. Under his leadership, Decker Capital has assembled a national portfolio exceeding 3.2 million square feet of industrial assets and more than $500 million in assets under management, encompassing over 100 buildings and 1,000 tenants nationwide.
Widely regarded as a leader in the small-bay industrial sector, Shane has helped institutionalize a niche that was historically fragmented and overlooked. Through a disciplined investment strategy and a fully integrated operating platform spanning acquisitions, asset management, leasing, and property operations, Decker Capital transforms underperforming warehouse properties into modern, state-of-the-art industrial facilities. In 2025 alone, the firm acquired over 1 million square feet of industrial real estate, further cementing its position as one of the most active buyers in the sector.
Self-made and driven by a relentless belief that limits are self-imposed, Shane built Decker Capital from the ground up with an entrepreneurial mindset and uncompromising work ethic. Originally from Puerto Rico and a graduate of the University of Florida, where he now serves on the Real Estate Advisory Board, he is also deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting youth initiatives and Jewish organizations while mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Shane's greatest accomplishment is his family. He has been married for over a decade to his college sweetheart, Rachel, and together they are the proud parents of three children: Blair, Noah, and Olivia. A devoted husband, father, and avid fitness enthusiast, he resides in Aventura, where he balances high-performance leadership with an unwavering commitment to family, community impact, and inspiring others to think bigger about what is possible.
