Shane’s responsibility at BGO is overseeing the leasing for BGO’s enclosed mall and mixed-use assets in Western Canada, a portfolio of approximately 3.2 Million sf. Shane leads a team of four experienced leasing professionals, currently handling 7 enclosed malls, from St. Vital Centre in Winnipeg, to Hillside Centre in Victoria.
Shane joined BentallGreenOak as Vice President of Leasing in 2018 after approximately 25 years of being a retail real estate broker in Vancouver with several firms, most recently CBRE where he was Vice President, Retail Properties and led CBRE Retail’s Tenant Rep practice in BC.
