hane Pollin joined The Duffie Companies in 2003 and has worked in real estate ventures in the Washington Metropolitan area for almost 20 years Shane holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
Shane is responsible for the Development activities of The Duffie Companies and handles a broad range of transactional and operational matters. Shane is responsible for negotiating project acquisitions and navigating projects through the challenging entitlement processes present in the jurisdictions in which the companies operate. Shane is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland. Shane excels at fostering strong relationships with both the jurisdictions and communities and has been the driving force behind incorporating sustainable building practices into the firm’s operations.
