Shane Prater joined Quintons in 1998, has been a Director since 2002 and runs our Commercial Property department. Shane specialises in acquisitions, sales & lettings, valuations, landlord and tenant advice (to include rent reviews, lease renewals and dilapidations) and property management in Newbury and West Berkshire
He is a well-respected Chartered Surveyor and offers a high level of customer service and advice to his loyal client base.
Shane holds a BSc in Valuation and Estate Management from Bristol University and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), an RICS registered valuer and a non-domestic energy assessor
