In 2016, I obtained my license as a realtor in Ruidoso, NM, and was the COO for a company called 2 Ruidoso Redheads in Ruidoso, NM. This company was a short-term nightly rental company. The combination of being a realtor and running a property management company provided me with priceless education that I can now share with you today. Now, being dually licensed in Colorado and New Mexico, I bring organization, management, buying broker, listing broker, and property management knowledge to your table.
