With over two decades of hands-on experience in construction, design, development, and sales, I offer clients a perspective that goes far beyond the transaction. Having built homes, developed subdivisions, and created unique rental properties, I bring not only a deep understanding of what makes a property structurally sound and financially valuable, but also a strong design eye that helps clients see the full potential in every space.
My background in design allows me to help buyers imagine how a house can become a home and guide sellers in showcasing their property in the best possible light. I’ve walked in the shoes of both the builder and the homeowner, giving me the ability to spot opportunities, anticipate challenges, and create strategies that lead to confident decisions and rewarding results.
Beyond real estate, I’m also a mother to an amazing 18-year-old son, which has shaped my perspective on what “home” truly means. Family, comfort, and connection are always at the heart of my work. In my free time, you’ll often find me gardening and growing crops, fishing, reading, sunbathing by the ocean, or soaking in the beauty of sunrises and sunsets. I also love cooking, creating natural tinctures, and spending time with animals, which keep me grounded and inspired.
