Before real estate, Shannon spent twenty years in custom residential construction and full renovation — work that informs every listing assessment, buyer walkthrough, and negotiation she conducts today. She has been licensed in Michigan since 2011 and has held a broker’s license since 2014.
Shannon represents buyers and sellers exclusively — never both sides of a sale. Her marketing investment on every listing is her own: photography, staging, print placement, and digital campaigns are funded by Shannon, not the seller.
