With years of experience in retail and customer service. Shannon brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to real Estate. Her background includes more than a year as an administrative professional at a real estate agency, where she refined her skills in client care and efficiently showcased properties and services. Today, she uses that foundation to guide clients with clarity, professionalism, and a commitment to exceed in expectations at every stage of the real Estate process.
Since joining RI Real Estate Services, Shannon has been honored to serve on multiple committees dedicated to strengthening the industry and supporting the Rhode Island community. In 2018, she joined the education committee, helping fellow REALTORS® expand their knowledge of the profession. The following year, she joined the community outreach committee, contributing to meaningful initiatives, such as beach cleanups and Habitat for Humanity projects.
Shannon’s leadership has continued to go throughout her career. She now serves as a president of the Kent Association of Realtors and is also a member of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, where she serves on additional committees that help advance and support REALTORS® statewide.
Outside real estate-and spending time with her ever growing family including her seven grandchildren, Shannon is a passionate long-distance runner. Since beginning her running journey in 2016, she has completed 14 marathons in the currently training for her 15th. Her discipline and determination on the racecourse mirror of the commitment she brings to every client she serves.
