Sharon Kamen joined the Miller Frishman Group in 2010. She has 27 years of real estate experience with a specialization in the retail sector. She has leased, managed, and sold real estate on the landlord’s side as well as represented national, regional, and local tenants. Her clients include real estate developers as well as financial institutions with an inventory of distressed assets in need of disposition. Her highly honed negotiation skills and high level of market analysis experience allow her to deliver superior customer service for her clients, regardless of whether they are a landlord or a tenant. An attention to detail is a priority for her.
Prior to joining the Miller Frishman Group, Sharon had a twenty-year relationship with Walter Duncan, Inc, a privately held independent oil and diversified investment company established in 1956 with headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. During her tenure she served as the Leasing and Managing Director for Abilene Market located in Aurora, Colorado. She also leased and managed various properties in Oklahoma City and Denver for the Duncan family.
Sharon earned a B.S. from Ohio State University and holds a Master’s Degree from Tufts University.
