Shary Thur has been at the forefront of commercial real estate space for over 35 years. Shary has procured, structured and negotiated virtually every form of deals including ground leases, acquisition and dispositions, all forms of leases, new shopping centers from the ground up, malls, land assemblages, and a range of equity transfers including business sales.
Shary attributes her career’s success to the unbroken, long-term relationships she has forged with a number of developers, REITs, landlords, national retailers, franchisors and with many small business owners and start-ups. She helps shape and implement their real estate strategies to achieve unparalleled successes.
