Bio
Shawn Hansen is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar Investment Management. He is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management throughout the Western US, including Southern California, Northern California, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2011, Shawn worked at Moran & Company, where he focused on the sale of institutional-quality apartment communities throughout California and the Pacific Northwest. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
Shawn received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California.
