Mr. Yari is a co-founder of Stockdale and its predecessor firm. Mr. Yari has been actively involved in the development, acquisition and asset management of real estate activities in Arizona throughout his career. Mr. Yari has been based in Scottsdale for 18 years and has acquired several million square feet of office, retail and industrial, as well as the development and operation of both the W Hotel and Aloft Hotel located in Scottsdale. During this period, Mr. Yari also assembled several thousand acres of land which was ultimately entitled and successfully exited, as well as created what is now considered the “entertainment district” through the acquisition and development of several parcels in downtown Scottsdale.
