Shay is an Associate in the Advisory & Transaction Services Group in the Midtown office of CBRE, where she specializes in the marketing and agency representation of office real estate for a number of institutional and entrepreneurial owners. She currently represents more than 7 million square feet of premium office assets throughout New York City. Shay leverages her expertise in commercial real estate to develop creative solutions for her clients in negotiating and structuring lease transactions. She is an entrepreneurial leader who is highly focused on developing and enhancing client relationships.
Prior to joining CBRE in October of 2021, Shay held a summer internship at Westbrook Partners in Boston and graduated from Boston College the spring of 2021.
