Shayan Malayeri is the Director of Walzel Commercial, where he leads the firm’s commercial real estate brokerage, business development, and agent-support platform. As an active producing broker, he advises owners, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants throughout the Greater Houston market.
His experience includes industrial, flex, retail, office, medical, land, and investment properties. Shayan combines market knowledge, financial analysis, strategic positioning, and hands-on transaction management to help clients make informed real estate decisions and successfully navigate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development opportunities.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Shayan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, bringing a strong analytical and problem-solving approach to every transaction.
