Shelby Harvey joined the CBRE Nashville office in 2021 as a Client Services Team Lead. She currently works alongside Steve Preston, Jack Armstrong and Will Goodman in the Industrial Services platform and provides support for the team’s marketing and listing efforts.
Shelby provides elevated support services for the team by conceptualizing and developing the design of marketing materials, assisting in the implementation of business strategies, maintaining team accounting by generating and tracking purchase orders, vouchers and invoices for clients & vendors, and organizing the distribution of internal and external marketing efforts.
Prior to joining CBRE, Shelby served as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Business development at Simon Property Group in Nashville, TN. She oversaw financial reporting and budgeting for the department, planning and implementation of on-site events, the generation of prospective clients in local markets and social media campaign creation and implementation.
