Shelby Hunton has a lifetime of experience in real estate. He grew up watching his parents flip houses in Murfreesboro, and his mother was an agent for 29 years. It was seeing his mother work in the industry that provided him with an understanding of the possibilities and inspired his dedication to clients as well as unwavering commitment to honesty and integrity. Shelby himself now has over 20 years of experience with selling residential, commercial, and investment properties.
Shelby enjoys helping sellers get the most from their listings, whether through beneficial updates or offering advice on the sometimes-difficult staging process. He also enjoys helping buyers negotiate advantages and realize their dreams with each purchase. Shelby understands the frustration that can come from the financial and emotional stress of searching for the right home, and he strives to make the process as easy as possible. Even during the most stressful parts of buying or selling a home, Shelby supports his clients by remaining calm and steadfast and always keeping them informed.
Shelby’s mantras are “be nice” and “do the right thing.” These words are his foundation and at the heart of everything he does. Doing right by his clients and his conscience is his number one goal, and it always pays off in the end. When he’s not helping clients buy and sell properties, Shelby can be found flying his plane and spending time with his wife and two sons. Shelby is also a member of the Blue Raider Athletic Association and enjoys supporting the Blue Raiders in football and basketball. He strives to give back to the community in both his personal and professional life by partnering with local outreach and charitable organizations.
