Shelby Kostyshen is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with William Wright Commercial Real Estate Services, specializing in sales and leasing across Kelowna and the Okanagan region. He represents landlords, tenants, purchasers, and vendors, helping clients navigate commercial real estate opportunities with a relationship-driven and service-focused approach.
Prior to joining William Wright Commercial, Shelby spent three years with the Colliers Office Sales and Leasing team in Edmonton, where he worked on transactions involving more than 100,000 square feet of commercial space for local, national, and international clients. This experience provided him with extensive exposure to office sales and leasing and strengthened his expertise in commercial negotiations and market analysis.
