Bio
Bringing over twenty years of retail leasing expertise, Sherri Mann joined the JLL Atlanta Retail team as a Vice President in 2019. Sherri’s diverse background spans all retail property types and most Southeastern markets. Her practice at JLL is focused on Agency Leasing where she advises and represents landlords seeking to add value to their properties.
Sherri served as Senior Associate with Crossman & Company prior to JLL, with a primary focus on a 65 store portfolio owned by Publix Supermarkets. Before Crossman, Sherri worked as the Senior Leasing Director for Century Retail, where she gave attention to a variety of retail property types, including the ground-up and redevelopment of both shopping centers and mixed-use environments.
Sherri is very involved in the commercial real estate community around her, she’s been an ICSC member since 1997 and has served on the ICSC Georgia State Operations Committee and the ICSC Southeast Conference Golf Committee. She has also moderated a round table speaking on “Leasing in Tough Times – Back to Basics”, as well as being recognized year after year as a Power Broker.
