Shoff Allison is a Founding Principal of Hawthorne Residential Partners, which he co-founded in 2009. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's Investment Strategy and Institutional Investor Relationships, and serves as a member of the Firm's Investment Committee. He brings over 20 years of experience in acquisition, redevelopment, financing, management, and disposition of apartments and shopping centers, and has been involved in over $5 billion of real estate transactions. Prior to founding Hawthorne Residential Partners, Allison founded Hawthorne Retail Partners in 2005, a real estate investment firm focused on revitalizing underperforming shopping centers. Prior to that, he was a member of the investments team at Bell Partners.
