Chawla’s story did not begin in the real estate field but it will likely end in it. He started out his career as an electrical engineer and founded a semiconductor distribution company at the age of 25. At the current age of 72, he has over 47 years of experience in the global distribution of semiconductor components.
Silicon Valley Innovation Center gave him further experience in managing the startup companies as tenants.
This experience has undoubtedly helped and shall continue to help Chawla and his tenants in their common goal of success in their ventures.
