Sid pursues his real estate interest involving Landlords and Tenants in the retail and restaurant business sector in Metro Vancouver. Sid has a strong background in restaurant design and construction with leading food equipment dealerships in the region.
Sid has assisted both independent, franchise and chain operators in designing and navigating their food service operations. With Sid's network deeply rooted in the restaurant community, this makes him uniquely qualified to represent Landlords looking for restaurant tenants and negotiating sale agreements for operating restaurant businesses.
