Silvester Garza joined the firm in 2019. Since then, he has conducted numerous transactions in Fairfield and New Haven County. Silvester exclusively works with business owners, developers, landlords, sellers, and investors to meet their commercial real estate needs. Throughout his career, Silvester has established relationships and conducted transactions with local, regional, and national companies. The services he offers include acquisition, disposition, leasing, and tenant relocation.
Since joining the firm, Silvester has acquired commercial investment property with his family. He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation. CCIM designation is recognized as a symbol of expertise in the commercial and investment real estate industry, and I have recently obtained a Real Estate Broker License. Have completed over $40 million in total sales volume throughout my career.
With persistence and perseverance, Silvester has continued to improve year after year, devoting time to furthering his education in the commercial real estate industry and reinvesting in himself to sharpen his skill sets. He is bilingual in Spanish and English
