With over 25 years in UK commercial property, Simon Glenn has advised on some of the most significant office and life science transactions in the market. Starting his career on the Savills Graduate Programme in 1999, Simon qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001, becoming a Director in Savills’ Business Space team. In 2012 he joined DTRE where he founded the Office Agency team which later expanded into Investment. Over the next decade he became an Equity Partner, helping grow DTRE into one of the UK’s most influential commercial agencies.
Career highlights of Simon’s include setting up the Life Science team at DTRE in 2022, advising on over 4m sq ft of development and leasing stock, and setting up the firm’s office in Cambridge in 2023. He has advised on over £2bn of office and life science transactions and leased over 1m sq ft of offices.
