Bio
Born in Durham, Simon, after a period working for St Quintin (now CBRE) in Manchester, moved back to the North East.
Simon then spent the next 10 years working for DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) specialising in investment agency. In 2009 Simon set up MHPI Ltd together with James Metcalf.
Simon has acted for a broad range of private investors, property companies and pension funds and has a particular focus on multi let traditional property company stock. Simon also sits on the board of a local property company advising on commercial property matters.
