Simon J. Herrmann leads CB Richard Ellis’s Private Capital Group’s multi-housing team in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining CBRE, Simon started his career in commercial real estate with Arroyo & Coates, where he worked directly with the CEO and helped close over $500,000,000 in assets, his focus on multi-housing and condo conversions. This included the disposition of a 288-unit condo conversion in Pittsburg, CA; disposition of 124 units in Mountain View, CA; and the disposition of a 29-story high rise in San Francisco.
In June of 2007, Simon helped start and was a partner of Wheelhouse Investment Real Estate in San Francisco, CA. At Wheelhouse, Simon quickly grew his market share and has become one of the top producing multi-housing brokers in Silicon Valley.
Simon acquired a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina (USC). Prior to transferring to USC, Simon attended and played Division I soccer for Marquette University, which consistently ranked in the top 25.
