Bio
Simon joined GCW in 1998 after moving from New Zealand where he had held several senior roles in leading property consultancies. As a Director of our Agency team Simon specialises in convenience stores, roadside retailing, as well as hotel and leisure development. Simon started life as an ice cream salesman. He is now married and enjoys swimming with his daughter, travel and tennis. When time permits he loves to watch his beloved Ireland play rugby.
