Bio
Simon joined the Sibbett Gregory Team in Autumn 2020 following 22 years with Ei Group (Enterprise Inns Plc), latterly as Estates Director, a role which encompassed overall responsibility for the Group’s pubs and ancillary property asset disposal programme.
Simon specialises in licensed trade and leisure property agency, as well as providing valuation and appraisal advice.
Locally based in Poole, outside of work Simon enjoys running, live music and adding to his vinyl record collection.
