Bio
Having joined international property consultancy King Sturge in 2006 as a graduate, Simon rotated through the professional side of the business before taking a role in the investment team post qualification.
Following the 2011 merger between King Sturge and JLL Simon became a specialist in the office investment market within the South East and UK regional markets.
In 2020 Simon became Head of the South East Office Investment team but with a continual remit of covering the UK wide market.
Away from work Simon enjoys triathlon mainly to keep fit but increasingly on a more competitive level.
He is married with three young boys where there is never a dull a moment. He is confident the early years training in Real Estate will rub off onto at least one of them.
