I lead a team advising corporate industrial users on site selection, lease negotiations, and supply chain strategy across the Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia port markets, with a focus on logistics, distribution, and manufacturing operations for large and complex transactions.
My industrial practice focuses on:
• Corporate tenant representation for logistics, distribution, and manufacturing companies with port-related operations
• Institutional landlord representation for large-scale industrial development and leasing
• Industrial requirements typically 100,000 square feet to 1,000,000+ square feet across multiple locations
Over twenty-one (21) years of industrial real estate experience with more than $1 billion in transaction consideration. I partner with leading advisors, including Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and other institutional professionals across North America to support multi-market industrial requirements.
My objective is to be the go-to industrial advisor for complex tenant and agency listing assignments in the Charleston and Savannah port markets and provide a great client experience with an emphasis on a systematic and tested process for corporate and institutional clients.

I am actively involved in SIOR (since 2011), CoreNet Global and NAIOP. After thirteen (13) years with an international firm, I am one of the founding members of Bridge Commercial, a corporate real estate firm based in Charleston, SC.
I am married with two (2) young children both of whom are really fun and cute (all credit to my wife). I really enjoying coaching my kids' youth sports teams (basketball, flag and baseball). In my free time, I love to kiteboard at home and around the world.
