His experience in agency leasing involves established retail projects, new development sites, and assets requiring repositioning.
Siv is actively advising a variety of retailers on their growth strategies. Understanding trends in demographics and retail are an important factor to Siv’s approach. Coupled with his team’s market knowledge, experience, and relationships, Siv has become a valuable partner to several industry leading retailers.
Siv is a proud graduate of the Alberta School of Business where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Certificate in Real Estate. He also spent time as President of the University of Alberta Real Estate Club and was a member of the club for over three years.
