Skyler Peterson, SIOR, is the Executive Vice President at Legend Commercial Real Estate and leads the firm’s eight-person industrial team based in Utah. He has nearly 20 years of experience and has completed over 1,000 industrial and land transactions to date. Skyler oversees roughly 200 assignments annually along Utah’s Wasatch Front. His team consistently delivers results for major industrial real estate owners and occupiers, including industry leaders such as Zenith, Exeter, Stonemont, Alterra, and First Industrial.
Skyler’s expertise spans leasing, investment sales, and development advisory services, honed through representing both Fortune 500 companies and top-tier developers. He has built a proven track record working with institutional owners and developers like STAG Industrial, Brennan Investment Group, and Zenith Development on complex projects and portfolios. Recent transaction highlights include leading the development of the 300,000 SF MOCA Mountain View Business Park and a 200,000 SF distribution center for ICO Development. His project portfolio also features major facilities for eTrailer (100,000 SF), Reser’s Fine Foods (100,000 SF), Purple Mattress (100,000 SF), Caspian (400,000 SF), CheckerProp (150,000 SF), and Imagine (100,000 SF).
