Bio
I started in commercial real estate in 2012 as an administrative assistant. Today, I'm Director of Commercial Asset Management at Avenue Living, overseeing leasing and asset strategy for 1.3 million square feet across every asset class in Canada and the U.S.
I got my start with the CBRE Edmonton Office team. A year of formative experience there led me into retail leasing with Endurance Equities, an Alberta-based landlord and developer. Over a four-year tenure, I grew my responsibilities from leasing into property management, helping the family-run firm operate lean and efficiently while gaining hands-on exposure to a wide range of asset types—from strip malls and enclosed shopping centres, to industrial and office properties.
I joined Avenue Living as Commercial Leasing Manager in 2017. My role has grown alongside the commercial team and the company overall, with Avenue Living's assets under management expanding from $900M to $9.7B over that period.
I'm committed to continuing education and have earned several professional designations: the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) through ICSC (2019), the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) program through the Corporate Finance Institute (2021), Argus certification (2023), and completion of the Emerging Leaders Program at Ivey Academy (2025). In 2023, I served as Chair of Consumer Real Estate Canada, an industry association founded in April 2020 during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of 2, as well as a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist—primarily on bass guitar—and I enjoy skiing, powerlifting, running, and traveling. Born in Kyiv, I'm a proud Ukrainian-Canadian.
