Bio
Born in Ukraine, Slava moved to the land of opportunity at 9 months old. Slava began a real estate investing career at the start of the Great Recession. Menn started with $10K in savings to buy distressed properties in 2008. Since 2013, Menn has developed over 100 projects.
Slava holds a BSEE and MSEE from Boston University and a MBA from MIT Sloan. Mr. Menn guest lectures at both schools.
