Sonya moved to Florida at age 9. She attended the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida for her Bachelors and then went to law school in Washington DC. After graduating from law school she got married and moved to Ocala, Florida in 2002. Since moving to Ocala, she has worked for The City of Ocala Finance Department working on various contracts and projects for the City and Ocala Electric. She owns Ocala Mediation, LLC in which she bas mediated divorce cases splitting property, partner split ups for large medical and legal practices across Florida, and also managed several properties for physicians practices. She was the administrator of a large medical practice in Marion County. Sonya specializes in commercial listings medical office buildings and has been a medical office consultant and realtor for many physicians across the state of Florida. Sonya has received awards from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services as a top agent in the country winning the Leading Edge Society award. Sonya is very involved in the community and sits on several board like the Reilly Arts Center and Adventhealth Ocala Foundation board as well as Arts in Health Ocala. Sonya also has certifications as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is also a member of the Ocala Women's Network.
