Spencer Hunt was previously a Vice President with Avison Young, specializing in tenant leasing and representation. Spencer represented key clients as well as well-located spaces around Middle Tennessee. Prior to joining Avison Young, Spencer worked for Merrill Lynch, developing a strong background in financial analysis, portfolio management, sales and client management. Originally from Memphis, his family construction background adds experience and value to his clients.
Spencer has worked hand-in-hand with tenants that are looking to expand both in Middle Tennessee as well as across the state. As part of part of this well- diversified team, Spencer has helped mixed-use developers implement successful leasing strategies from start to finish. Representing both landlords and tenants helps Spencer add a unique value to his clients.
