Spencer Pinter has been involved in commercial real estate in the Las Vegas Valley since 1996 and has been a part of Colliers International since 1998. From the beginning, he has focused 100% of his time to serving clients with industrial requirements only such as leasing, building and land sales and acquisitions, tenant representation and development consulting. Since his start, he has been involved in transactions totaling over 9.5 million square feet of industrial space.
Prior to getting his college education, Spencer served his country in the US Army for two years. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Upon graduating from college, he managed industrial construction projects in excess of $75 million before leaving the construction industry and entering into real estate. His five years of construction experience has provided him with a detailed understanding of how industrial buildings are built from the ground up.
