Spencer Scalzitti is the Founder and Managing Principal of Scarlett Harper Commercial, a Boca Raton-based commercial real estate brokerage built for the next generation of property owners, investors, and advisors. The firm was created around a clear belief: brokerage should move faster, operate with more discipline, and give clients a more strategic, transparent, and execution-focused experience.
Before founding Scarlett Harper Commercial, Spencer built his foundation through hands-on transaction work across investment sales, tenant representation, buyer representation, and owner advisory. That experience gave him a direct view into the friction points that slow deals down, including fragmented market data, inconsistent follow-up, weak positioning, and outdated brokerage processes. Today, that background shapes his role leading the firm, supporting its advisors, strengthening client strategy, and building the infrastructure for a more modern commercial real estate brokerage across retail, industrial, office, multifamily, and land assets.
A New York native now based in Boca Raton, Spencer has built a reputation for his hands-on approach to investment advisory, equipping clients with data-driven market intelligence and tailored investment strategies to capitalize on opportunities and navigate complex transactions with confidence. His expertise in market cycles, investment sales, and tenant positioning ensures that every deal is structured for long-term success and maximum returns.
Outside of real estate, Spencer holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Science, reinforcing his commitment to discipline, precision, and performance—values that define his approach to commercial real estate. As the founder of Scarlett Harper Commercial, named after his two daughters, he is dedicated to providing white-glove service and tailored investment strategies that give property owners and investors a competitive edge in today’s market.
