Spencer Stone joined Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Urban team in September 2025, bringing with him a strong foundation in commercial real estate and a proven commitment to client service. Spencer began his career at Mid-America immediately after college as an associate broker, where he quickly immersed himself in both landlord and tenant representation across a diverse portfolio of urban retail properties. His work emphasizes building long-term relationships, strategic deal-making, and creating value for clients through tailored real estate solutions.
Prior to joining Mid-America, Spencer gained hands-on experience as a brokerage intern with Metro Commercial Real Estate in Chicago. There, he worked closely with seasoned industry professionals, assisting on active leasing assignments and market research projects that deepened his knowledge of retail real estate dynamics in competitive urban markets.
