Bio
Spencer Wixom has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Utah, and joined Woodbury Corporation in January of 2011 on the development and acquisitions team. Since 2013, Mr. Wixom has proven invaluable as the company’s Office Leasing Specialist. He focuses on being a one-stop-shop for prospective office tenant’s by being their resource from the beginning of the lease process to the end of their tenancy. Mr. Wixom main priority is building relationships with various businesses, both local and national, meeting their needs, and ensuring any vacancies or new buildings are leased promptly. He specializes in lease negotiations, property marketing, proposal preparation, prospective tenant tours, financial analysis of deals, managing relationships with brokers, and creative problem solving.
