Spenser Molloy is the managing broker and broker/owner of NextHome Modern Realty in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, serving buyers, sellers, investors, vacation-home clients, and short-term rental property owners across New Hampshire and Vermont.
An Upper Valley native, Spenser combines local market knowledge with a background in entrepreneurship, corporate finance, real estate management, property management, and short-term rentals. Before founding NextHome Modern Realty, he launched and managed Sunapee Vacation Rentals, giving him firsthand insight into vacation-home ownership, rental demand, property performance, and client service.
Spenser’s primary focus is residential buyer and seller representation, supported by experience in second homes, vacation homes, investment properties, short-term rentals, and select commercial real estate opportunities. His approach is strategic, local, and people-first.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Spenser has a deep personal connection to the Upper Valley. He embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying outdoor adventures and exploring local culinary delights. He cherishes quality time with his family, including working alongside his father, Brian. His profound love for Lake Sunapee and the surrounding areas fuels his commitment to the community and his clients.
