Spiridon (Perry) Mallinas is an Associate with the Doughty Industrial Group of Marcus & Millichap located in the Chicago Downtown Office. Perry specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties in the Chicagoland markets of Northern Cook, McHenry, DuPage, and Lake County. His market expertise and drive allows for clients to maximize the value of their real estate and create solutions that support their business/investment goals. His eagerness and determination, coincide with the Marcus & Millichap platform to deliver an ideal experience for his clients. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Perry attended the University of Illinois, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business. He graduated UIUC having earned multiple Dean’s List Honors and held various leadership positions throughout campus. In his personal time, Perry enjoys working out, playing sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
