Stacey Flach, REALTOR®, brings a strong sense of integrity, work ethic, and community values to her real estate practice—principles shaped by growing up in rural Ohio and being raised in a large family in Richwood. Those early lessons instilled in her the importance of honesty, respect, and following through on one’s word, values she carries into every client relationship.
After building a successful career as a Plant Manager at a local manufacturing facility, Stacey made the decision to transition into real estate, bringing with her leadership experience, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. She currently owns multiple investment properties and has firsthand knowledge of both the emotional and financial sides of buying and selling real estate.
Stacey enjoys working closely with clients to understand their unique goals, whether they are purchasing a home, selling a property, or building long-term investments. Stacey and her husband, Darin, reside on a 22-acre homestead where they enjoy the outdoors and spending time with family.
