Stacey Osso is an experienced residential land expert and has focused her efforts in the marketing and sales of residential land. Her primary areas of focus have been in the Inland Empire, especially in the submarkets of Lake Elsinore, Wildomar and Moreno Valley, as well as Bakersfield and other areas of the Central Valley.
Clients include homebuilders, developers, and investors.
Stacey joined the WD Land team in 2004 and has over ten years of real estate experience. Before venturing into land brokerage full time, she managed investment properties owned by American Pacific Holdings. In addition to her residential land expertise, she has experience identifying and resolving complex entitlement issues, particularly in the areas of self-storage, RV resorts, industrial, and airport hanger projects. Prior to starting a career in real estate, Stacey worked several years in sales and as a certified personal trainer.
